Lawyers are evaluated not based on their position or commitments, but on the effectiveness in handling cases, level of responsibility, and the ability to maintain professional standards throughout their practice.
- Lawyers who are recruited will be assigned and developed in-depth according to the practical orientation of the office, including areas of practice such as civil, criminal, business - commercial, in line with the capabilities and experience of each individual.
Compulsory conditions
- The lawyer has a practicing certificate or is in the process of completing the procedures.
- Have participated in processing the case file in practice.
- Having a stable, long-term work orientation
- Willing to take responsibility in the course of professional practice.
